Today, on October 27, 2026, I visited Stadwerke Ramstein-Miesenbach to set up the utilities for our home. The customer service representative, Jonas, was highly professional and helpful. He explained the process of setting up the utilities and estimating the billing cycle. He also informed me that I would receive a letter from the utility company and advised me to ensure that I conduct the utility reading annually. As a suggestion, I recommend that you have all your documents in order to facilitate a smooth administrative process. These documents include the contract meter reading and the UTAP VAT form with a certified stamp.

Wir hatten gestern einen Mitarbeiter der Stadtwerke bei uns da bei uns das Internet bereits seit 2 Wochen nicht mehr funktioniert. Zwar konnte der Mitarbeiter das Problem nicht lösen aber zumindest lokalisieren und hat uns dabei geholfen einen passenden Betrieb zu finden der das Problem dann letztendlich lösen kann (in-house Verkabelung). Daher ein großes Lob an Herrn Groß! Vielen Dank für die Mühe!
